Blackstone acquires Village Hotel Club

It currently operates 33 hotels and leisure clubs across the UK with Blackstone looking to expand the brand

Village Hotel Club has announced that it has been acquired by Blackstone from KSL Capital Partner, in a deal thought to be worth over £800m.

Blackstone is a large private equity group with existing assets in the UK hospitality sector.

Village employs over 4,500 staff, and welcomes approximately 1.8m hotel guests and over 132,000 gym members of Village Health and Wellness.

It currently operates 33 hotels and leisure clubs across the UK with Blackstone looking to expand the brand.
