Hotel Marketing Association reveals winners of annual awards

HMA, which is part of HOSPA, the Hospitality Professionals Association, is the only dedicated body for hotel marketers in the UK

The Hotel Marketing Association (HMA) has officially revealed the winners of its annual Hotel Marketing Awards during a celebratory evening, which highlighted some of the sector’s “most outstanding” talents. 

The exclusive awards ceremony was held at Ham Yard Hotel where the winners took to the stage to receive their trophies in front of an audience of more than 150 hospitality marketing professionals from across the UK. 

The HMA awards cover a number of categories, with this year’s winners including:
 

  • Best Website, The Grove. 
  • Most Creative Content Marketing Campaign, The Waldorf Hilton, ‘Be Our Guest’ A Winter’s Tale afternoon tea. 
  • Best Local Community Marketing, Hart Shoreditch. Local Community Partnerships 
  • Email Marketing Campaign of the Year, Luxury Family Hotels, The Little Things Newsletter. 
  • Social Media Campaign of the Year, Yotel, Non-Stop Pride. 
  • Best Integrated Marketing Campaign, Rudding Park, Follow the Christmas Stars.
  • Marketing Innovation of the Year, The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences.
  • Best Partnership Marketing, The Grove, Everyman Secret Garden. 
  • Best Hotel Marketing Agency Team, Pic PR. 
  • Best Hotel Marketing Team, Foxhills Club and Resort. 
  • Rising Star in Hotel Marketing, Lauren Bradley, The Waldorf Hilton. 

Harry Fielder, chairman of HMA, expressed his appreciation for the record number of entries this year.

He said: “We were overwhelmed by the sheer volume of submissions, with entries up by 50% compared to last year. This incredible response underscores the dynamic nature of our industry and the relentless drive for excellence among our professionals. The creativity, innovation, and dedication demonstrated by this year’s winners are truly inspirational.

“These awards not only celebrate individual and team achievements but also serve as an inspiration for the entire industry. Our winners’ passion and commitment to excellence are a testament to the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of hotel marketing.”
