Bespoke Hotels acquires two new management contracts

The hotel group, a collection of over 70 independent hotels, will now manage The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth and Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa in Wales

Bespoke Hotels has acquired two new management contracts as it continues to expand its portfolio.

The hotel group, a collection of over 70 independent hotels, will now manage The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth and Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa in Wales.

The two new hotel acquisitions follows Bespoke Hotels recent announcement of its expansion plans for the year ahead, which includes the planned openings of Hotel Gotham Newcastle and Hotel Gotham Bristol, as well as the opening of Bailiffgate Hotel in Alnwick.

The Green House Hotel is a “beautifully restored”, 32-room Grade II Victorian villa in Bournemouth, situated between Dorset’s blue-flag beaches and the New Forest. It has been recognised as one of the world’s top eco-hotels.

Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel and Spa is located in 50 acres of landscaped grounds in the Welsh countryside, and has been “tastefully extended” to feature 44 bedrooms, with a large indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, courtyard, and a lCwrtium day spa.

Thomas Greenall, CEO of Bespoke Hotels, said: “I’m thrilled to welcome two stunning properties to the Bespoke family. The hotels perfectly complement our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences.

“We’re confident that our proven track record of success, combined with the unique strengths of these properties, will create exceptional value for both guests and ownership.”
