Apex Hotels has acquired Meldrum House Country Hotel and Golf Course in Aberdeenshire, marking its second rural property and the 10th hotel in its UK portfolio. The 51-bedroom four-star hotel, set in 250 acres of countryside, is known for its historic charm and prestigious awards. The acquisition reflects Apex Hotels’ strategy to diversify its portfolio and expand into rural locations, supported by a strong financial performance and a recent refinancing package.
